He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gerald Hinton and Annice Hinton. He is survived by: his wife Alenna Hinton; his children, Ryan (Kayleigh Hinton), Tyler (Auttumn Hinton) and Nikki; his son-in-law Brian Payne; his brother Douglas; his sister-in-law Cindy Hinton; his sister Deborah; his brother-in-law Ronnie Ellington; and his nieces and nephews, Holly Kemp (Bill), Bekah Smith (Will), Ross Ellington (Deborah) and Reed Hinton (Hannah). He is also survived by grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
