She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Nicol and Angus Nicol; her siblings, Mary Haggerty, Robert Nicol and John Nicol; and her husband Frank M. Matra.
She is survived by: her children, Gilbert Todd Stewart and Jodie Stewart; her grandchildren, Dylan and Sydney Zurita; and her children, Gary, Dean and Ava. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
