He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Lee and Grace Irene Brown Mattox, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Grogan Mattox of Dacula, GA; his sister Sharon; his brothers-in-law, Dr. Bob Foster of Roswell, GA and Chris Grogan; his nieces and nephews, Charlotte (Jeremy Williamson), James (Kady Grogan), Brandon Grogan (Mira Balga) and Cameron (Brooke Grogan); and his great-nephews, Leo Grogan and Cash Balga.
