He was predeceased by: his parents, Quinton Rooks and Wilma Rooks (Warbington); his brother Bobby; and his sister-in-law Shirley Rooks. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly (Scott Cliatt) and Kristi (Jason Bell); his siblings, Betty Parr of Hoschton and Loy; his sister-in-law Sarah Rooks of Dacula; his sister Frances; his brother-in-law Benny Fields of Gainesville; and his grandsons, Ethan Bell and Andrew Bell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
