She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert Smith and Nellie Zanzucchi Smith; her sister Regina Smith Duncan; and her niece Nellie Kelley. She is survived by: her husband David Wade; her son Willie; her daughter-in-law Karen Lummus of Gainesville, GA; her grandchildren, Mike and Jen Wade of Reno, NV; her great grandchild Kim Wade of Ringgold, GA; her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Crenshaw (John) of Acworth, GA and Don Duncan; her niece Susan; her nephew Jess Spohn; her children, Cindy and Kevin Alvis; her grandchildren, Roger and Tammy Duncan; and her nephew-in-law Vince Kelley. She is also survived by 4 children and 4 grandchildren, his 2 children, all of Benton, IL; other relatives, and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial gifts be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Joyce Ann Wade.
