He is survived by: his children, Shyloh Cummings of Roswell, GA and Justin Patrick Lee Cummings of Dacula, GA; his father John Andrew Cummings, Sr. of Ventura, CA; his siblings, Stephen Michael Cummings (Kimberly) of Monroe, GA and Sulynn Elyse Means of California; his aunts and uncles, Sue, Bob Jenkins of Washington, Jim Robertson of Lawrenceville, GA and Anna Carroll of Duluth, GA; and his niece Cianna Means of California.
