He is survived by: his wife Missy Morris Towler; his children, Dixie Towler and Justin Towler; his parents, Jerry Towler and Valerie Black; his siblings, Jason Towler (Peggy), Stacy Pimienta (Mauricio) and Jerry Towler (Shelli); and his parents-in-law, Jerry and Tammy Morris. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Gwinnett County Animal Shelter in Jesse's memory.
