She is survived by: her husband Richard Waterworth of Dacula, GA; her children, Rich (Sandy Waterworth) of Monroe, GA, Cathy (Ray Henry) of Statham, GA and John (Jill Waterworth) of Bogart, GA; her sister Janice Strubhar of Ponte Vedra, FL; her grandchildren, Cody Waterworth, Erin Waterworth, Dustin Henry, Andrew Henry, Braxton Brewer, Amberleigh Brewer, Luke Waterworth, Thad Waterworth, Lynlee Waterworth and Jessie Waterworth; and her great grandchildren, Riggs Waterworth, Naomi Waterworth, Hudi Waterworth, Louise Waterworth, Cooper Henry and Michael Henry.
