She was predeceased by: her husband Forrest A. Miller, Jr.; and her daughter Linda Cook. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Spratlin (Clark) of Cumming, GA, Rick Miller (Andrea) of Alpharetta, GA and Ken Miller; her grandchildren, Kristin Ledford (Tommy), Sean Cook (Christina), Amber Miller, Kaitlin Bradshaw (Matt), Samantha Spratlin, Jillian Spratlin and Alexis Spratlin; and her great grandchildren, Carson Ledford, Brody Ledford, Maxton Cook, Mailyn Cook and Cooper Bradshaw.
