She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Williams and Willie Hicks of Washington; and her husband Charles E. Cochran. She is survived by: her close friends, Bob Herring (Patricia) and Jack McEntee (Gerri). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of close friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of Hazel Hicks Cochran to Winder First Baptist Church.
