He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Helen Denton Chapman and Garvice H.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Edna Pettigrew Chapman; his daughter Theresa Jan Mohlenhoff (Eric Mohlenhoff); and his grandchildren, Justin Mohlenhoff and Sarah Mohlenhoff.
