He was predeceased by: his father Donald Lewis; and his grandparents, Roger, Virginia Lewis, Robert and Catherine Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Matthew, Lyndsey and Alyssa; his mother Patricia Lewis; and his brother Donald Lewis (Jackie). He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to The Food Pantry at HMUMC or donations to a local Alzheimer's association.
