He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Lusk (Cagle); and his parents, Howard Lusk and Billie Lusk (Dobbins). He is survived by: his daughter Natasha; his son-in-law Andrew Dame of Lawrenceville; his son Jonathan; his daughter-in-law Amber Lusk of Dacula; his siblings, Rebecca Lusk of Stone Mountain, Fred Lusk of Murrayville and Richard Lusk; his brother-in-law Anthony McGuire of Decatur; and his grandchildren, Alise Dame, David Lusk, Wyllow Dame and Kane Lusk. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
