He was predeceased by: his parents, Clea Edward, Sr. and Mary Sally Norrel Haley of Dalton, GA; his sister Jane; and his son Timothy. He is survived by: his wife Betty Haley; his brother Eddie Jerome Haley; his son Jeff Haley; and his granddaughter Alexis Haley.
