He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Wharton of Dacula; his children, Dan (Becky Wharton), Tim (Rachelle Wharton) and Katie; and his son-in-law Brian Elwell of Dacula. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
