She was predeceased by: her husband Randolph Franklin; her parents, Watson Tullis and Azilee Tullis; her sisters, Jeanette Pruitt and Ruth Rooks; and her son-in-law Lonnie Holcombe.
She is survived by: her children, Angelia Holcombe, Kathy Bennett (Carl) and Randy Franklin II (Lynn); and her grandchildren, Christy Pence (Johnny), Stacy Heng (Sam), Matt Holcombe (Lisa), Amber Wickham (Gary), Mona Johnson, Jeremy Bennett and Amanda Harp (Jesse). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
