He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ruth and David. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Scott (Teresa), Jan, Brad (Kelly) and Todd (Chantel); his grandchildren, Matthew, Max, Kirsten, Joshua, Nicholas and Mia; and his sister Joan McBurney.
In lieu of flowers, the Adams family suggests making a memorial donation to Jill's House.
