He was predeceased by: his parents, Letson Brunell Clack and Gladys Walls Allgood. He is survived by: his wife Sandra C. Clack; his daughter Dawn Clack Diprima (Leonard) of Grayson, GA.; and his grandchildren, Hope Diprima, Evan (Kendra Diprima) and Abigrace Diprima.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, Texas 75284-0692 in memory of Billy J. Clack.
