He was predeceased by: his parents, Tina Welch and Roy Welch. He is survived by: his children, Brad Welch (Kay) of Cape Coral, FL, Joe Welch (Bonnie) of Salem, MO, Kelly Eggebeen (David) of Raleigh, NC and Brian Welch (Ileana) of Dacula, GA; his stepchildren, Michael Paladino (Leslie) of Bentonville, AR and Chris Paladino of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Brent Welch, Billy Welch, Brittany Montgomery, Bridget Welch, Tara Welch, Crystal Graham, Jessica Ward, Kenny Welch, Jamie Visentin, Jacob Eggebeen, Joe Eggebeen and Rebekah Bess; and his wife Debby. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren.
