He is survived by: his wife Mary Harrison Waters of Dacula; his children, Annie Katherine Paulk (Robby) of Folkston, GA, Karen Ann Stewart (Steven) of Cleves, OH, Charles Michael and Joel Ray Harrison (Cathy) of Sugar Hill, GA; and his siblings, Gale Waters Moody of Chattahoochee Hills, GA and David T. Waters of Marietta, GA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
