He is survived by: his wife Marsha Diane Cherry Eubanks of Cuthbert, GA; his mother Barbara Howerton Eubanks Mathis (Don); his brother Kent Eubanks (Melanie); his nephews, Seth Eubanks and Blake Eubanks; his great-niece Beau Grayson Eubanks; his mother-in-law Shirley Givens Cherry (Randy Head); and his sister-in-law Karen Goad (Tim).
