He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Stevens McCarter, Jr. and Betty Laverne Daniels McCarter; and his sister Beth McCarter. He is survived by: his brother Jeff McCarter (Nikki) of Cuthbert; his nephew Devan McCarter; and his nieces, Dana McCarter and Avery Longshore.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Baptist Church (166 S Webster St, Cuthbert, GA 39840).
