He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Malcolm" and Edna Hall Ferguson; and his brothers, Tim and Mike. He is survived by: his children, Charles, Jr., Paige Shiver (Stephen) of Tallahassee and Mia Parrish (Heath) of Fitzgerald, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Rosemary (Mac Ferguson), Laurie, Abbie Rose (Watson Shiver) and Jackson (Banks Parrish).
