He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lassen and Florence Marshall Lassen; his wife Judith Lassen; his siblings, Frank Lassen, Jr. (PeeWee), John M. Lassen, Bud Lassen and Susan Greenwood; and his brother-in-law Thoston Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Lassen of Cusseta, GA, William James Lassen, Jr. of Cusseta, GA, Falisa (Wiley Herring) and Bobbie Jo Lassen (Maurice); his siblings, Joe (Fran Lassen), Albert (Dottie Lassen), Anita (Phillip DuPont), Fran Rodriguez of Silver Creek, MS and Linda Jandro of Okeechobee, FL; his niece Ruth McKenna; and his grandchildren, Angel Lassen, Steven Lassen, Jr., Megan Lassen, Naveah Lassen, William Timothy Lassen, Justin Lassen, Patricia Lassen and Frank Lassen. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
