He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Langway and Mary Alice Langway; his brothers, William'Bill'Langway and Robert Langway; and his son Douglas Langway.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Langway; his children, Natalie, Chadwick and Maressa Langway; his grandchildren, Maribelle, Grayson and Graham Whiten; and his siblings, Richard Langway (Claire) of Atlanta, Susan Langway of Roseland and Laura Ackerman of Coopersburg.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bearden Funeral Home (334 Hwy 53, Dawsonville, GA 30534).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Georgia Chapter, alz.org/Georgia.
