He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Willoughby and Laron Willoughby. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Mark Willoughby of Olympia and Monica Stouder (Tim) of Pontevedra; his siblings, Genet Willoughby (Barb) of Clinton and Jerry Willoughby (Carol) of Clinton; and his grandchildren, Keegan Willoughby, Ryker Willoughby and Dominic Stouder.
