He is survived by: his wife Lanelle Mason; his son John Mason (Jessica); his stepchildren, Michele Honea (Chris), Tonya Wallace (Howard) and Marty Garrett; his sister Kathleen Torre; his grandchildren, Austin, Kaden, Leland, Elijah Mason, Jason Picklesimer (Nikki), Kristin Nettles (Shannon), Sallie Coussan (Christian) and Cora Haithcock Maggie Wallace (Mason); and his great grandchildren, Addison, Woodson and Camille.
