He is survived by: his wife Carol "George" Chadwick; his daughter Yvonne; his son-in-law John O'Dell; his son Clint Chadwick; his grandchildren, Felicia Chadwick, Joey Hester, Tifany O'Dell and Tommy Chadwick; his great grandchildren, Colton Hester, Bentley Chadwick and Phoenix Chadwick; and his sister Shirley McBrayer.
