He is survived by: his wife Amber; his children, Addison, Thomas and Jacob; his parents, Marcy Fisher and Dirk Fisher; his siblings, Alissa Calandra (Jeff), Nathan Fisher (Franchesca), Laura Johnson (Chris) and Kevan Fisher; and his in-laws, Charles and Donna Anderson.
