He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Nuber and Mary Blasius Nuber; his grandson Kevin G. Austin II; and his siblings, Theresa VanGorder and Frank Nuber.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille; and his children, Diane, Susan, John and Raymond. He is also survived by spouses, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McDonald & Son Funeral Home (150 Sawnee Dr, Cumming, GA 30040). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (3740 Holtzclaw Rd, Cumming, GA 30041). A reception was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
