He was predeceased by: his parents, James Vernal Goulding and Nellie Showalter; his wife Maureen Roth Goulding; his son Kevin Anthony Goulding; and his siblings, Paul Vernal Goulding and Betty Lee Goulding.
He is survived by: his children, Victor Vernal Goulding, Gregory Clark Goulding, Deanna Goulding Wall Oscarson, Rebecca Goulding Middleton, Brian Keith Goulding, Leslie Goulding Spitzer, David Raymond Goulding and Laura Goulding Deckard. He is also survived by 40 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Coal Mountain Stake Center (3185 Dahlonega Hwy, Cumming, GA 30040). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at the Sawnee View Memorial Gardens (1390 Dahlonega Hwy, Cumming, GA 30040).
