He is survived by: his wife Janice Epperson Ellis; his daughters, Abigail Margaret Ellis and Amy Ellis Kave; his grandson Parker Anthony Kave; and his siblings, Mark Anderson Ellis, MD (Judith), Margaret Ellis (Peggy), Christopher Richard Ellis (Sally), Robert Randall Ellis and Joan Ellis Delk (John).
