He is survived by: his children, Donny Payne Jr. (Tisha), Dale Payne, Lisa Weaver, Denise McFall and Brandy Cruz; and his siblings, Adia Payne (John Mueller), Evalina Turner and Visian Fields. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and other extended family.
