He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Mullinax and Lucille Mullinax; and his siblings, Billy Mullinax, Lamar Mullinax, Douglas Mullinax and Linda Poole.
He is survived by: his wife Sara Mullinax of Cumming; his children, Todd Mullinax (Tracie), Tim Mullinax and Danyelle Mullinax; and his sister Brenda Mullinax.
