He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki (Bruce Alsup) and Angie Juliette; his grandchildren, Kelsey Clack (Stephen Clack), Levi Alsup (Bailey Alsup), Kaylee Jennings, Devin Juliette (Samantha Davis) and Tabor Buckles; his great grandchildren, Kinzley, Aubrey, Hadlee and Paislee; his sisters, Clara Sue Couch and Pam Shiry; and his caregivers, Lori Mullinax and Ashley Poss. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
