He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Johnson and Oria Johnson; his son Don Lindsey; his siblings, Calvin, Leon, Jarrell Johnson, Betty Webb and Gladys Boling; and his niece Karen Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Johnson; his sons, Andrew Johnson (Bridgett) and Matthew Lindsey (Tanja); his granddaughters, Kaylin and Sofia Lindsey; and his daughter-in-law Michelle Lindsey.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory (210 Ingram Ave, Cumming, GA 30040). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 at the Sawnee View Memorial Gardens (1390 Dahlonega Hwy, Cumming, GA 30040).
