He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Eugene Sturgill and Geraldine Rosa Carr. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Sturgill; his children, Tisha Rousseau (Warren), Rosa Sturgill, Brandy Sturgill, Zachary Sturgill and Mason Sepulveda; his grandchildren, Justin Carter, Reilly Rousseau, Austin Rousseau (Breanna), Alexis Rousseau, Nick Sturgill, Jacob Peeler and Dalton Peeler; and his siblings, Robert "Jeff" Sturgill, Chien Phan (Amanda), Trisha Bennett (Bennie), Vickie Lawson, Brenda Sturgill and Mollie Sturgill.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home Chapel (700 Heckle Blvd, Rock Hill, SC 29730). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home (700 Heckle Blvd, Rock Hill, SC 29730). A burial was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Rock Hill Memorial Gardens (700 Heckle Blvd, Rock Hill, SC 29730).
