He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Blackburn; his daughters, Angie Radford (Hal) of Lincolnton and Lynn; his close friend Johnny Streetman; his siblings, Jimmy Blackburn of Augusta, Don Blackburn of Lincolnton, Birder Mae Bridges of Washington and Mattie Harper of Augusta; his grandson Cody; and his great grandchildren, Carlie Brown, Adalynn Spratlin and Heavenlee Ellis.
