He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Irvin Swann and Flora Grimes Swann. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Lynn Nunn Swann of Crawfordville, GA; his children, Cara George (Carl) of Pensacola, FL and Randal Justin Swann (Rebecca) of Columbia, SC; his grandchildren, Gracelynn George and Jemma George; and his sister Ann Clemmons of Grovetown, GA.
