He was predeceased by: his parents, William Newton Noggle and Nina Eley Noggle. He is survived by: his wife Shirley R. Noggle of Crawfordville; his children, Joe Dillard Noggle, Jr. (Pat) of Mt. Airy and Jan N. Callaway (Larry) of Rayle; his grandchildren, Dillard Noggle III (Xan), Parker Callaway, Loren Noggle (Lindsey), Abby C. McGarr, Ashley Kendrick (Kris) and Corey Noggle; his great grandchildren, Caleb Callaway, Landon Noggle, Jack Noggle, Aniston McGarr, Mitchell Noggle and John Noggle; and his sister Regina Noggle Darden (Hiram) of La Grange.
