He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Atley Parrish and Vivian Mae Bowen Parrish. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Parrish; his children, Wade Parrish, Lisa Taylor and Cheryl Quick (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Shaylyn Parrish, Hagan Parrish, Wyatt Taylor, Mary Taylor, Caleb Carr and Vivian Quick; and his siblings, Sherri Franklin and Jim Parrish (Judy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
