He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Ray Frericks and Dorothy White Frericks; and his grandparents, Burril and Nora Crubaugh. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Frericks; and his children, Chrisphine Van Houtin, Michelle Martin, David Frericks Jr., Krissy Kay Dennis, Christopher Frericks, April Crawford, James Bliss, Crystal Daniels, Dwayne Frericks, Theodore Frericks, Steven Frericks and Natasha Roe. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins.
