It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathy Elder (Crawford, Georgia), born in Athens, Georgia, who passed away on April 11, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Gloria Cartwright Norton of Hartwell; her siblings, Cindy Walker of Hartwell, Elaine Carson of Knoxville, TN, Emory Elder of Milton, Brad Norton of Henderson, Joan McDonald of Hampton and Brenda Davis of Simpsonville, SC; her friend Keith Sanders; and her father Emory Nelson Elder.
