She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Lewis and Laurie Lewis; and her brother Ernest Lewis of Cleveland Tn. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Eugene McEntire; and her children, Elaine (Clay Ryals), David (Ingrid McEntire), Wanda (Phil Stafford), Gail (Scott Westmoreland) and Kim McEntire of Crandall. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren nieces and nephews.
