It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Emmett Phillips of Crandall, Georgia, who passed away on May 23, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elbert and Ethel Rogers Phillips; and his siblings, Dosha Bell Phillips, Linda Faye Parrish and Johnny Edward Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife RoseMarie Dejon Phillips; his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Deloris Phillips; his grandchildren, Aaron Phillips (CiJi) and Maddie Phillips; his great grandchildren, Uriah, Liam, Rosie and Lee Monroe; and his siblings, Velma Pitts, Ina Martin, Blane Phillips, James Phillips (Jimmy) and Willie Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
