He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Jean McEntire; his parents, Robert McEntire and Venie McEntire Cline; and his uncle Samuel Henry McEntire. He is survived by: his children, Elaine (Clay Ryals), David (Ingrid McEntire), Wanda (Phil Stafford), Gail (Scott Westmoreland) and Joe (Kim McEntire); and his sister Kathryn Bearden. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
