He is survived by: his wife Minnie E. Weaver of Crandall; his children, Angela Perkins (Bruce Bryant), Cheryl Davenport (Anthony Davenport) of Dalton, Sandra (Bill Oliver), Jeff (Patty Weaver) and Stanley Weaver of Cullman, AL.; his sister Nellie Cochran; and his brother-in-law Harlan Cochran of Centre, AL.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
