She was predeceased by : her husband Larry Mantooth; her parents, Johnny McNally and Betty McNally; and her brother Randy McNally. She is survived by : her sons, John Spearman (Holly Roberts) and Derek Spearman (Sabrina Peardon); her grandchildren, Kasidie Hefner Harleigh (Alex), Marina Wells and Ayden Roberts; her great grandchild Greyson Hefner; her brother Dr. David McNally (Meggie); and her friend Celena Wells.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home (2362 US-76, Chatsworth, GA 30705). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
