She is survived by: her sons, John Spearman (Holly Roberts) and Derek Spearman (Sabrina Peardon); her grandchildren, Kasidie Hefner Harleigh (Alex), Marina Wells and Ayden Roberts; her great grandchild Greyson Hefner; her brother Dr. David McNally (Meggie); and her friend Celena Wells.
