He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Sr. Quarles and Essie Mae Lyles Quarles; and his sisters, Eloise Quarles, Martha Sue Quarles, Mary Lou Welch and Sarah Ruth Quarles.
He is survived by: his brother Clinton Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Penny Quarles of Crandall and Jackie Welch Sr. of Crandall; his nieces and nephews, David Moss (Beth), Michael Keith, Clinton Quarles III, Heath Quarles, Jackie Welch Jr. (Regina), Evelyn Welch and Libby Morrison; and also Willie Mae Quarles.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Peeples Funeral Home to help with his final expenses.
