He was predeceased by: his parents, Columbus Harold Neal and Helen Hill Neal; and his daughter Jessica Michelle Neal. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Neal of Crandall; his children, Ryan Arron Issiah Neal of Eton, Angel Renee Neal (James Kirksey) of Dalton, Helen Elaine Neal (Tony Ridley) of Dawnville and Chloe Ann Neal of Crandall; and his grandchildren, Emma Ridley, Leah Ridley and Hannah Ridley.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers donations can be made help with the funeral expenses.
